Privacy notice

Effective October 4, 2026

Handcuff Sports (Tom Nachtwey, Wisconsin, USA) runs this page. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Your email address; your answer to "What does your league play on?" if you give one; which link brought you here (for example, our Instagram profile); and the date and time you signed up.

Why

To email you when Handcuff opens, send an occasional update before then, and see how much interest there is. We do this because you signed up and asked us to.

Who handles it

We keep the list ourselves, in our own database (hosted for us by Supabase). When we email you, a mail-sending service delivers it for us. Our web host serves this page. Each may see technical details such as your IP address. Your details are handled in the United States. We never sell or trade them.

Tracking

This page sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites, so "Do Not Track" signals change nothing. Our web host counts visits to this page without cookies and without identifying anyone (the country, the page, the site that linked here, and the kind of device and browser). No other company collects information about your browsing here.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your details, email us. After you unsubscribe we keep your record marked as unsubscribed, so we do not email you again. Ask and we will delete it.

Changes

We will post them here with a new date.
